- Is my usage data stored?
- No. Clear Energy Facts does not receive or store the file through the plugin. Files you attach are handled by ChatGPT; the plugin only sends plan data back.
- How current is the plan data?
- Power to Choose plans are checked daily. Other reviewed provider plans are refreshed twice per week. Because providers can change or withdraw an offer between updates, confirm the current Electricity Facts Label and enrollment terms before signing up.
